Capitol Siding’s signature accomplishments in the last two years is its sales team expansion in order to keep up with customers demands, as well as the addition of a service manager. Capitol launched its own financing plan and recently started taking credit cards to meet its customer needs. This comes on top of a sales territory expansion and a new forray into installing and servicing gutters, which now has its own division.
Mark Sarkisian Sr. instilled in his sons and his company that family values are a top priority, and Capitol carries on this missions by making the customer feel at ease by not asking for a deposit while working on their homes. The company doesn’t get paid a cent until the entire job is 100 percent complete, and the customer is fully satisfied. Capitol gives back to the community by staying heavily involved in the surrounding towns and the region’s chambers of commerce. The company has been a member a member of the Better Business Bureau for more than 50 years with a A+ rating.
