Capital Advisors LLC is moving from 111 Speen St. in Framingham to space at Southborough Place off Main Street in Southborough.
According to the company, the move will be complete Aug. 1. Capital has been at 111 Speen St. since 2003, when the company was established.
Gus Gerulskis, Capital's president, said the company's 2,500-square-foot office at Southborough Place is about 10 percent larger than its space at Speen Street. He said the new space is also more efficient and offers needed amenities like high-speed cable Internet access.
Capital's Southborough Place office is also less expensive than its Speen Street office, Gerulskis said. "By going one exit down the Mass Pike away from Boston, it's quite a difference," he said.
Capital is a financial management firm with two full-time employees.
