Can't get no satisfaction
The staff that works together sticks together. Or do they? According to a survey by JobsInTheUs.com, 38 percent of people searching for a new job are currently employed. The Internet survey, which questioned 300 people about their current job satisfaction, revealed that 43 percent of respondents may change jobs in the next six months. Of those surveyed, the most appealing factors in a job included teamwork, a casual dress code, medical coverage, and a flexible 40-hour schedule.
