Camping World Holdings of Illinois has acquired Flagg RV locations in Uxbridge and West Boylston, the Illinois company announced on Thursday.
The acquisition, which also includes land in Griswold, Conn., is expected to close in April. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Camping World plans to make a series of improvements to both Massachusetts locations as they are fashioned into Camping World SuperCenters, retailing new and used recreational vehicles as well as outdoor products and accessories.
“Flagg RV has been a family-owned and operated business in the RV industry for over 30 years and brings a team with great passion and energy to our company,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Camping World Holdings, in a press release. “We will continue the pursuit of Flagg RV’s key initiatives, which include expansion into the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut.”
Camping World operates more than 170 SuperCenters around the country. The Uxbridge and West Boylston locations will bring its Massachusetts outposts to four.
