California electronics maker buys 25 Westborough acres

A California electronics manufacturing company has purchased a 198,000-square-foot complex on 25 acres of land in Westborough for an undisclosed amount.

NEO Tech will expand into the facility, which has 30,000 square feet of office space, as well as manufacturing and warehouse facilities, according to Cushman & Wakefield of Boston, which represented the buyer. The company has locations in Wilmington and Springfield.

NEO Tech converts product technology into engineered products, and for 40 years, has provided electronic solutions to original equipment manufacturers, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
