Calare Properties, a real estate management firm, has moved its headquarters to Framingham from its longtime home in Hudson.
The firm has moved to 30 Speen St., a five-story office building just off the Massachusetts Turnpike near the Natick line Calare bought in February for nearly $3.3 million and subsequently upgraded with facade updates, exterior lighting, and lobby and interior work.
Bill Manley, Calare’s CEO and CIO, said the new location provides an ideal new headquarters for the company’s growing real estate portfolio and its employees.
The company had been in Hudson for 14 years.
