In the May edition of MetroWest495 Biz magazine, several errors were published that we would like to correct:
Due to reporter error, the banking market share chart on page 21 gave incorrect information for the communities of Acton and Framingham. In Acton, Middlesex Savings Bank has the biggest market share at 45.1 percent with $317.9 million in local deposits as of June 30, 2011. Bank of America has 19.3 percent market share with $135.9 million in deposits. And Sovereign Bank has 13.8 percent market share with $97.6 million in deposits.
In Framingham, TD Bank has 21.7 percent market share with $362.5 million in deposits, Framingham Co-operative Bank has 18.4 percent market share with $308.1 million in deposits, and Citizens Bank has 15.3 percent market share with $256.3 million in deposits.
For the town profile of Littleton on page 9, an incorrect phone number was given for the town offices. The correct number is 978-540-2400.
