Worcester-based insurance litigation law firm Burns & Farrey has brought on two new attorneys as part of the firm's continuing growth.
The firm hired Emily M. LaCroix, a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, to be part of the firm's civil litigation practice. She will focus on general liability, liquor liability, the defense of auto claims, insurance litigation and construction litigation. Before joining the firm, LaCroix was a Massachusetts Superior Court law clerk.
Erik Tomberg was hired to the same practice group and was also previously a state Superior Court law clerk. He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of both the Boston and Rhode Island bar associations.
Both attorneys will practice at the firm's Worcester office and Tomberg will also practice at the firm's Providence office. The firm also has offices in Boston.
