Natick-based Boston Scientific sold property in Watertown to a Boston-based real estate firm for $4,447,500, according to Massachusetts Land Records.
The buyer, Farley White, owns a variety of properties in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
The Boston Scientific properties included in the transaction were: 480 Pleasant St., 452 Pleasant St., 497 Pleasant St., 76 Stanley Ave., 525 Pleasant St., 541 Pleasant St. and 5 Bridge St.
Boston Scientific owns 7.2 million square feet of real estate and leases an additional 2.8 million, according to its most recent annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented Boston Scientific in the transaction.
