Boston Scientific Corp. of Natick is announcing the launch of a new balloon catheter for use in peripheral angioplasty procedures.
BSX said it will begin selling the product immediately in the U.S., Europe and elsewhere.
The product is the first to use a new proprietary material developed by the company. The NyBax material is a combination of nylon and Pebax polymers.
