When Bearings Specialty Company, Inc. rebranded itself in June as BSC Industries, it signaled a turning point for the company toward a wider variety of products and services. The Canton company with 65 employees and an office in Worcester distributes bearings, power transmission equipment, motion control and automation products both domestically and internationally.
Co-owners Jim and Peter Fitzpatrick discussed recruitment, quality assurance and further expansion with the Worcester Business Journal.

The technical expertise and experience of our people combined with the value added services we provide, enables us to deliver solutions for our customers. We offer a suite of unique services including our Class 10,000 Cleanroom, custom control panels division and engineering services.

We currently service our national customers with our seven U.S. branch locations and service our international customers utilizing partners dedicated to the service of local markets.

We typically use personnel resource companies to assist us in finding the best talent available.
