Broker Announces 2 Leases
O'Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough said it recently leased space to companies in Devens and Acton.
According to the firm, defense contractor DCS Corp. renewed and expanded its lease at 67 Buena Vista in Devens. The firm, headquartered in Alexandria, Va., now fills the 14,500-square-foot building, owned by Aspect Realty. O'Brien represented the landlord while The Ezra Co. brokered the deal on behalf of DCS.
In Acton, O'Brien secured the tenant in the 4,800-square-foot lease of space at 12-A Craig Rd. Spindle Mattress LLC will produce and distribute mattresses sold on the Internet and plans to move into the building in June, O'Brien said.
