Reserve on Salisbury, a luxury apartment complex in Holden, sold for $60.55 million to an LLC registered to The DSF Group in Waltham, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
Located at 90 Central Park, the sale also included ten parcels on Newbury Drive, Salisbury Street, and Cranbrook Drive, totalling 90 acres of land, per the deed. The deed was signed July 26.
The seller, Reserve on Salisbury, LLC, is registered to HILLS Properties, which is headquartered in Ohio.
HILLS Properties purchased the 90 acres in July 2012 for $3.7 million. By February 2014, five of the now six buildings were constructed, as well as a clubhouse, according to minutes from the Town of Holden Zoning Board.
The DSF Group, which has offices in Waltham and Fairfax, Va., is a real estate firm which specializes in multi-family properties.
Neither The DSF Group nor HILLS Properties was available for comment on the sale.
