John A. O’Brien and Charles W. Shivery received the 20th annual Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award at the Connecticut Convention Center. The award was presented to O’Brien and Shivery for exemplifying the ideals of scouting in their daily lives and adding to the quality of life of others.
