Lauren Stiller Rikleen of Wayland - a senior partner at the Worcester-based law firm of Bowditch & Dewey - has been named executive-in-residence at the Center for Work & Family at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
She will also be teaching as an adjunct at the law school. At Bowditch & Dewey, Rikleen co-founded and served as executive director of the Bowditch Institute for Women's Success.
A graduate of Brandeis University, Rikleen received her juris doctor degree from Boston College Law School. In 2006, she authored "Ending the Gauntlet: Removing Barriers to Women's Success in the Law." She is also the author of the recently released "Success Strategies for Women Lawyers."
