Westborough lithium-ion battery company Boston-Power has hired Max Fang, a Taiwan-based industry executive, as a business adviser.
Fang will assist the company in business development, supply chain operations and government relations.
Fang is the founder and managing director for Maxima Capital Management, a venture investment firm. He previously worked at Dell for 11 years, starting the company’s first international procurement organization which helped grow a supply chain across Asia.
Fang has a B.S in management science from national Chiao Tung University and an executive MBA from National Cheng Chi University.
