A Boston property investment firm has purchased two Marlborough office buildings for about $15 million.
The properties are 290 and 400 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard, located in the Solomon Pond Park, a 163-are office park.
Closing on the sale Friday was SP Capital LLC, an entity registered to Paul Grant, president and CEO of Boston firm Genesis Management Group, which manages several commercial and mixed-use properties of similar size.
The company could not immediately be reached for comment.
Selling the property was Pondview JV Owner LLC, an entity controlled by Nordblom Co. of Burlington, which has 6 million square feet of property under management.
According to real estate firm Colliers International, which has been marketing available office space in both buildings, the buildings total more than 200,000 square feet.
Existing tenants in the office park include SanDisk, Brookfield Power, Areva, Blue Cod Technologies, Better Business Bureau, Versatile Communications and Senko Advanced Components.
