A 168,000-square-foot warehouse in Franklin has sold for nearly $18.3 million as part of a four-site purchase by a Boston realty group.
Marcus Partners bought 176 Grove St. in Franklin in a sale closed Oct. 21, along with others in Avon, Peabody and Wilmington. Those warehouse properties total nearly 900,000 square feet and add to what Marcus Partners said was an existing 1.1-million-square-foot industrial portfolio across Greater Boston.
The four properties sold for a combined $85 million, according to the New England Real Estate Journal.
The 21-acre Franklin site last sold in 2016 for $10 million and was last owned by BMIP LL LLC, which is registered to the address of Investcorp, a New York investment firm. It was last assessed by the Town of Franklin for $6.7 million.
Marcus Partners added 100 Adams Road in Clinton to its portfolio in October 2018.
