Boston developer buys another Leominster property, as North County expansion grows

An entity registered to Steven Goodman of Boston developer GFI Partners has purchased an industrial property at 31 Jytek Road in Leominster for $3.5 million. 

The 34,000-square-foot building, on a 1.8-acre property, is home to Reggio Register Co., a company specializing in decorative registers and grills for heating ducts. Reggio Register negotiated a seven-year lease with the new management.

William Kelleher, principal, and Paul Matt, senior vice president, of Worcester’s Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the seller, Walker Realty Trust on the sale. Kelleher & Sadowsky also represented Reggio Register on the lease.

The Stubblebine Co. of Lexington represented the buyer.

In May, an entity registered to Goodman and David Stubblebine of Lexington real-estate firm The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International purchased 50 Jytek Road for $1.58 million.

The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International recently leased 50 Jytek Road to eco-friendly packaging company UrthPact LLC.

GFI Partners has proposed a 366,000-square-foot industrial facility on the Fitchburg, Lunenburg border, and owns a constellation of industrial, residential, and office properties across Worcester County and MetroWest.
