Village Automotive Group of Allston has acquired Brigham-Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Natick, renaming it Brigham-Gill Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though the 2.3-acre property the dealership sits on at 817 Worcester Road was acquired on Wednesday for $6 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The buyer of the property was Village West Realty, LLC, registered to Village Automotive owner at the same address as the Village Automotive headquarters. The seller of the property was Gill Realty Associates, LP, which is associated with the former Brigham-Gill dealership.
“We are tremendously excited to welcome the employees and the customers of Brigham-Gill into the Village family,” Raymond Ciccolo, Village Automotive Group founder and CEO, said in a Monday announcement on the company’s website.
Brigham-Gill was founded in 1966. The owners decided to move on from the automotive business, according to Village Automotive’s announcement.
Village Automotive, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, had 12 locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts prior to the acquisition, according to the company's website.
The Town of Natick assesses the 817 Worcester Road property at $5.8 million.
