Boland Becomes VP At Bay State
Boland
Bay State Savings Bank has promoted Thomas F. Boland Jr. to vice president of commercial lending at the bank's Worcester headquarters.
Boland has worked in the financial and banking industry for 30 years, and joined Bay State last year as assistant vice president. He has also worked for BankNorth in Worcester and for BankBoston/Fleet Bank.
He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Worcester State College and an associate's degree in accounting from the New England School of Accounting in Worcester.
He is a member of the Worcester Economic Club and the North Worcester Business Association and a past president of the Northborough Rotary Club.
