Natick-based BJ's Wholesale Club announced several key senior management changes, bringing together a team that worked together during BJ's most profitable years, said interim CEO Herb Zarkin.
Frank Forward, executive vice president and chief financial officer, agreed to extend his tenure for an additional three years. Forward was part of the original team that formed BJ's Wholesale Club as a development stage business in 1984. Forward previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 1997 until May of 2005.
Laura Sen will fill the role of executive vice president of merchandising and logistics. Sen previously served as EVP of merchandising and logistics from 1997 to 2003, and will replace Paul Bass who will retire from the company in February.
Ed Gillooly will serve in the role of senior vice president of marketing and membership, returning to a position he held for eleven years until his retirement in '02. During that period, BJ's grew from 25 to 140 clubs. Alison Corcoran, formerly executive vice president of member insight and marketing, has left the company.
BJ's Wholesale Club operates wholesale clubs throughout New England and the eastern United States.
