Natick-based BJ’s Wholesale Club has expanded its office space at 4 Strathmore Rd. in town.
The company leased an additional 6,000 square feet in the building and now occupies 10,000 square feet there. The building is owned by the 4 Strathmore Road Trust.
BJ’s corporate headquarters are nearby on Mercer Road.
The new lease was brokered by Garry Holmes of Wayland-based commercial real estate firm R.W. Holmes Co. Inc.
BJ’s has more than 20,000 employees and operates 170 membership-based discount warehouse stores throughout the eastern United States.
