BJ's Wholesale Club is expanding into a new 15,500-square-foot building in the Natick Business Park, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co.
R.W. Holmes said it recently completed the new lease for 21 Strathmore Road, as well as renewals of three other BJ's leases in the park. That brings BJ's space at the park to 56,400 square feet.
Gary Holmes of R.W. Holmes, who represented BJ's in the transaction, said the big box discounter uses all the space in the business park for offices. He said the new space is necessary because of increased hiring.
BJ's is headquartered near the business park, at 1 Mercer Road in Natick. The company operates 170 stores in 16 eastern states.
John Lashar and Paul Leone of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented MARIC Inc., the owner of 21 Strathmore Road.
