BJ’s, the Westborough-based retail warehouse chain, is opening four new locations this year.
The company plans to open new stores in Noblesville, Ind.; New Albany, Ohio; Wayne, N.J.; and Midlothian, Va., according to the Friday announcement from BJ’s. The Noblesville club will be the company’s first in Indiana, and it already has an extensive presence in Virginia (13 stores), New Jersey (23 stores), and Ohio (seven stores).
Each store will employ about 150 people, and each will have a full-service deli, household essentials, and fresh foods, plus seasonal items, toys, electronics, and clothing. They’ll also have BJ’s gas stations, and same-day delivery is available in some zip codes.
The company operates 229 clubs and 160 BJ’s Gas locations in 17 states.
