Biotechnology firm Ipsen-Biomeasure has leased 10,565 square feet of lab space in Marlborough, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties, which represented the landlord in the transaction.
Ipsen is a French company locally headquartered in Milford. The new location is at 257 Simarano Dr., a three-building technology incubator. O’Brien said the lease essentially completes leasing at the complex, which totals 70,000 square feet.
The complex was originally built for Accumeter Labs in 1982 and was later subdivided as a tenant property and upgraded to become class A flex space, according to O’Brien.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented Ipsen in the new lease.
