BioSurfaces Inc. has leased 6,700 square feet of flex space at the Ashland Technology Centre, according to Framingham-based Phoenix Commercial Real Estate, the broker on the deal.
The property is owned by NEREEF Ashland LLC and is managed by Calare Properties Inc. of Hudson.
BioSurfaces was founded in Ashland in 2003 and its headquarters are on Main Street.
The medical device company uses “biomaterials” in the development of technology for arterial disease, infection prevention and wound management.
