Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions has appointed David M. Bialecki as controller.
Bialecki has previously held controller positions at several other companies, including Spencer Technologies.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Northeastern University and an MBA from Anna Maria College.
