Bernie & Phyl Make Top 100 List

Norton-based Bernie & Phyl's Furniture has made trade publication Furniture Today's list of the top 100 furniture stores in the U.S. for the ninth consecutive year.
Bernie & Phyl's came in at number 66 in this year's ranking, up from 69 last year, the company said. The store, which operates six stores in New England, including one in Westborough, was one of 40 on the list to report a sales increase in 2007, the company said.
The company recently opened a store in Hyannis and is currently expanding its Saugus store by 25,000 square feet. Bernie and Phyl's other stores are in Braintree, Nashua, N.H. and Raynham.
