The former home of Hopedale’s Green Mountain Chocolate Co., which closed in June, was sold for $1.7 million to a corporation registered to Uxbridge cannabis entrepreneurs Timothy Phillips and Kevin MacConnell, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
In a sale closed Aug. 19, the 16,735-square-foot property was sold by Lisa and Bill Campbell, who announced their retirement and the closure of the 20-year-old chocolate shop on their website in June.
The couple sold to TPKM, LLC, which is registered to Tim Phillips and Kevin MacConnell, owners of Uxbridge cannabis microbusiness Yamna, also known as Blackstone Valley Naturals.
Phillips and MacConnell were unavailable for comment on the property’s future.
The property at 1 Rosenfeld Dr., now valued at $1.85 million, was last sold to the Campbells in 2005 for $490,000.
