The Plaza at Bellingham Commons, a 56,300-square-foot retail center, sold for almost $3.8 million to a Framingham-based real estate LLC on July 16, according to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds.
Located across from the Bellingham Town Common at 15 North Main St., the property was purchased by VTT Property Management in Framingham, which was founded in the 1980s and is focused on eliminating urban blight, per its website.
VTT was represented by senior advisors Marilyn Santiago and Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group in Boston, according to a report in New England Real Estate Journal.
The sellers are registered in the Massachusetts Corporations Division database to Kaplan Commercial Properties, Inc., which is now part of RE/MAX Commercial, according to its website.
The shopping plaza houses over 20 tenants, including auto repair, pet care, fitness centers, salons, and dining.
Built in 1978, the plaza was most recently assessed by the town to be worth $2.88 million. It last sold to Kaplan Commercial Properties in 2009 for $2.4 million.
