Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and investment firm Barings negotiated a lease at Bellingham Distribution Center with the country’s largest restaurant supply and food provider, TriMark USA, according to an announcement on Wednesday.
The 345,000-square-foot distribution center, located at 160 Mechanic St., was built in 2020 and is valued at $22.3 million by the Town of Bellingham.
TriMark, which is headquartered in Mansfield, will relocate its South Attleboro center to Bellingham, allowing the company to expand.
Barings, which built and now owns the center, is a subsidiary of MassMutual with $382 billion in assets. It is headquartered in North Carolina.
