Beechwood Hotel in Worcester was recertified a four-diamond hotel by AAA Thursday, the travel group’s second-highest achievement level and the only such designation in Central Massachusetts.
Beechwood has been honored by AAA since 2010.
Three hotels in Boston received the five-diamond status, and 48 across the state received the four-diamond level, mostly in Boston, Cambridge or Cape Cod.
Restaurants were also honored, but none in Central Massachusetts.
