Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Northbridge last week announced it received a “perfect” survey by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) after a recent, unannounced survey.
According to a statement from Salmon Health and Retirement, the parent company of Beaumont, the facility was found to be “excellent” in all areas of scrutiny by the DPH review. This included a complete survey of operations over several days, in which DPH staff observed daily practices, interviewed random staff, examined recordkeeping, cleanliness, emergency procedures and overall quality of care given to residents.
Beaumont also holds a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, according to Salmon.
