The Worcester-based law firm of Bowditch & Dewey LLP has hired three new lawyers: Debra T. Huang, Daniel J. Lyne and Matthew S. Tisdale.
Huang is an associate in the litigation group with a focus on all aspects of civil litigation. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. She lives in Boston.
Lyne joins the firm as a partner in the litigation group. He has more than 25 years of business litigation and general counsel experience, including representing corporations in mergers and acquisitions, financial disputes and intellectual property and general contract matters. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and a law degree from Boston College Law School. He lives in Newton.
Tisdale is an associate in the business and finance group, with a focus on representing financial and business institutions in corporate, lending and commercial transactions. He has a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He lives in Sudbury.
