Francis Dauphinais has been appointed as the new senior vice president and chief financial officer at Worcester's Bay State Savings Bank.
Dauphinais, of Holden, joins Bay State Savings Bank after 24 years in senior management at IC Federal Credit Union in Fitchburg, most recently as CFO, senior vice president of finance and administration, and senior vice president of special projects. He previously worked as the controller for the former People's Savings Bank in Worcester.
Dauphinais has an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Clark University. He is the treasurer for the board of trustees and chairs the finance committee at the Sizer School in Fitchburg.
Bay State had $300 million in local deposits at the end of June 2017, making it the 21st largest bank in Central Massachusetts, according to WBJ's Book of Lists.
