Worcester-based Barry Electric & Communications Inc. said it is using a California-based ShoreTel Inc. platform for business phone systems that can perform voice and data conferencing duties.
According to Barry, the partnership allows Barry to supply businesses with voice-over-internet products at reasonable prices.
The systems Barry is working with include voicemail, automated attendants, automated call distribution, call detail recording, and desktop call control. The entire system is accessed through Microsoft Windows.
