Three men, including one owner of Shrewsbury Street cocktail bar Valentino’s, have purchased the Ballot Box Bar building in Worcester's Kelley Square for $650,000.
LAJ Properties closed Tuesday on the purchase of the mixed-use property formerly owned by Worcester-area politician and former Worcester County Sheriff Guy Glodis and his business partner.
Three men are listed as principles of that entity: Luke DeWolfe, Jarad DeWolfe and Anthony Evangelista.
Luke DeWolfe is listed as an owner of Valentino’s Market, LLC. He and Evangelista are listed as managers of JAGL, LLC, which owns the building at 154 Shrewsbury St., which houses Valentino's.
None of the men could be reached for comment.
Glodis closed The Ballot Box last week and said a new owner will continue to operate a restaurant and bar concept, but didn’t disclose details.
He purchased the property in 2010 for $340,000 after a ground-floor tenant vacated the space
