Babcock Power, a longtime Worcester company, has signed a lease for 46,000 square feet at Lake Williams Center in Marlborough.
Babcock Power, an energy and environmental services firm, has been located in an office building at 5 Neposet St., next to the Greendale Mall. That building was recently bought by Reliant Medical Group.
It is expected to move into the new space in May.
The lease was announced Tuesday by Jones Lang Lasalle, which negotiated the lease for property owner Great Point Investors.
Lake Williams Center, which was built in 2001, is a 201,000-square-foot corporate office campus on Forest Street, not far off Interstate 495.
