Ayer apartment complex sold for $7.7M

75 Groton School Road in Ayer was sold in October for $7.7 million.

A 68-unit multifamily apartment complex at 75 Groton School Road in Ayer was sold for $7.7 million.
The deal was completed off-market on Oct. 19, according to Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, who represented the seller and sourced the buyer, 75 Groton School Rd LLC, based out of North Andover.
The seller, Zodiac Development, LLC of Ayer purchased the property in 2013 for $500,000 and built the complex.
The property is assessed by the Town of Ayer for $3.2 million.
Aho Properties is based in Marlborough and has been involved in more than $21 million in commercial real estate sales in 2022, according to Aho.
