Avidia Bank has sold a Westborough office building that it obtained in an April foreclosure to an investment group that includes Michael Murphy of Murphy Insurance Agency for $450,000.
The building, 71 Fisher St., is 100 percent leased to a subsidiary of Waltham fuel distributor Global Partners LP.
Avidia acquired the building in April through a foreclosure on previous owner Candido Carolino, who was president of Granite Press Inc. in Westborough. The transaction was valued at $470,000.
In the recent sale, Avidia was represented by David Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties.
The new ownership entity, 15 Bonazzoli Avenue LLC, is made up of Murphy, Manuel J. Chaves of Hudson and Michael O. Gilles of Bolton, according to Curley.
