Hudson-based Avidia Bank has promoted four employees: Maureen Marshall, Gary Olson, Patricia McMaster and Thomas Doane.
Marshall, who has been with the bank for more than 15 years, is now a commercial loan officer. For the past five years, she was a portfolio manager in commercial banking.
Olson was promoted to assistant vice president of information technology and manager of the IT department. He started at Avidia Bank in 1999 after working as a network administrator for Alden Research Laboratories.
McMaster was promoted to loan underwriter and closing specialist. She joined Avidia in 2008 after working as a teller and mortgage processor/underwriter for Clinton Savings Bank.
Doane was named assistant vice president of human resources. He started at the bank in 2008 after working as a recruiter for The Suburban Group in Westborough and in the admissions department of Clark University.
