Avidia Bank has expanded its leadership team as it prepares for future growth, the $1.3-billion community bank announced this week.
David Morticelli, the former assistant vice president and market manager of the Marlborough branch, has been promoted to assistant vice president branch administrator for the Hudson-based bank. In this new role, Morticelli will provide leadership to Avidia Bank’s entire branch banking network. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, with more than 10 of that being with Avidia Bank, according to the release.
Stephanie Luz has been promoted to fill Morticelli’s former position and will oversee customer excellence and business development for the bank’s Marlborough location. She will also continue filling that same role for the Shrewsbury location.
Avidia Bank is a $1.3-billion bank headquartered in Hudson with branch locations in Hudson, Westborough, Clinton, Leominster, Marlborough, Northborough and Shrewsbury.
