Automotive president buys Shrewsbury property with his dealerships for $4.8M

Sentry West Mazda and Sentry West Lincoln in Shrewsbury
Christopher Lemley, the president of Sentry Auto Group in Shrewsbury, has bought the Shrewsbury property on which his Lincoln and Mazda dealerships on Route 9 sit, for just under $4.8 million.
The five-acre site at 940 Boston Turnpike includes Sentry West Mazda and Sentry West Lincoln. A firm registered to Lemley at the site's address brought the property from a limited liability corporation based in Yarmouthport on Cape Cod.
The sale closed July 22.
The dealership building was built in 2000, according to town records. The Town of Shrewsbury last assessed the property at $3.3 million.
Lemley joined the business in 1995, according to his LinkedIn profile. The auto group was founded in 1981 by Fraser Lemley.
