Auburn solar co. moving to Worcester

New location of Bright Planet Solar at 1451 Grafton St. in Worcester
Bright Planet Solar of Auburn is moving its New England Regional warehouse and sales office to Worcester, according to a Wednesday press release from Worcester real estate broker Kelleher and Sadowsky Associates, who brokered the company’s lease.
The company will be the sole tenant in a 28,655 square-foot industrial building at 1451 Grafton St., near the Millbury town line.
Bright Planet was founded in 2014 and serves customers in California, Utah, Illinois, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, according to the company’s website.
Brian Johnson, a vice president at Kelleher and Sadowsky, represented the landlord Cedar Realty Group, LLC. Paul Matt and Chris Naff, vice presidents with the brokerage, represented Bright Planet Solar.
