Auburn security company acquired

American Alarm and Communications of Arlington has completed its acquisition of Auburn-based Brothers Security Systems, the company said Thursday. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
According to American Alarm, Brothers Security, which served 350 homes and businesses in Auburn and the greater Worcester area, has been integrated with American Alarm’s branch operations on Washington Street in Auburn.
While customer service and other aspects of the business will be run out of Auburn, monitoring for Brothers Security customers has will be done from American Alarm’s facilities in Arlington, the company said.
