Auburn mobile home park sells for $2.4 million

American Mobile Home Park, located at 751 Washington St. in Auburn, has sold for $2.35 million, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs announced in a press release on Wednesday.
The Worcester real estate agency's vice president, David Eldredge, represented the seller, Johnson Family Associates of Dennis. The agency's principal, Michael Jacobs, represented the buyer, American MHP, LLC, which is owned by Bob, Kevin and Gary Baker, who have addresses listed in Newton.
The mobile home park includes 38 pad sites. The deal closed April 22.
“As a family, we spent many years living in Central Massachusetts and are excited to be part of the continued growth in an area that is very special to us,” said Bob Baker, in a statement.
