Auburn industrial building sells to Sutton developer for $690K

A 5,200 square foot industrial building at 7 Saint Mark St. in Auburn, sold to Turnpike Developments LLC of Sutton by Johnson Pleasant Realty LLC of Auburn for $690,000.
The roughly 1-acre property is a facility of TriWire Engineering Solutions Inc., a contractor headquartered in Tewksbury which will remain at the property according to Jeffrey Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs of Worcester, who brokered the deal.
The property was last sold in 2016 for $495,000 and is assessed by the Town of Auburn for $374,600.
Turnpike Developments LLC also owns a retail plaza on Route 146 in Sutton, at 176 Worcester Providence Turnpike.
