Land parcels home to auto dealerships in Auburn and Dudley have sold for more than $10-million combined.
The separate deals took place at Prime Ford Auburn and McGee Toyota in Dudley.
In Prime Ford's case, the $7-million deal covers separate parcels including the main dealership building and two spots where the dealership parks cars: at the former Interstate Transmission site on Route 20, and a smaller lot down Hillcrest Avenue behind the BJ's Wholesale Club gas station that was a wooded site until Prime Ford's expansion.
A limited liability corporation, AMR Real Estate Holdings of Garden City, N.Y., was the buyer. According to filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth, one of the managers of AMR Real Estate is Kevin Westfall, who was named interim CEO of the Prime Automotive Group in September. Prime has 56 dealerships in eight states.
The sellers were Faith Realty Trust, Gary Bordeaux, Jeffrey Bordeaux, and Alan Yaffe. The deal closed Nov. 27.
The sites were last assessed at a combined $694,300.
In Dudley, a $3.4-million sale of the McGee Toyota site puts the dealership property in the hands of a limited liability corporation tied to Robert McGee of the site's address at 191 W. Main St. The dealership didn't return a call for more details.
The seller was Tri Peak Inc., which is registered to Peter Krause of Niantic, Conn. The deal closed Nov. 19. The property was last assessed at $1.1 million.
