Proline Services, Inc., an Auburn-based countertop producer, bought a 17,100-square-foot warehouse in Oxford for $1.2 million.
Proline Services, which is a family-owned small business, will move from its location at 404 Washington St. in Auburn to the Oxford location, according to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, the Worcester broker which represented the seller.
The property at 5 Industrial Park West Road in Oxford was formerly occupied by Berlin Steel Construction Co., a steel fabricator which moved to 43 Town Forest Road in Oxford, according to Jeff Borus, the broker from NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. It is a one-story warehouse built in 1982, according to the Town of Oxford assessors’ database.
K.T. Realty Trust, which is registered to Elaine Wynn of Dighton, sold the property to Proline. The trust has had ownership of the property since 2003, when it was bought for $640,000. The 2022 assessment for the property by the Town of Oxford is $786,600.
